The Account Management Question

When asked “Does your team provide DEDICATED account management services to your clients?” 49% of in-house creative departments responded that they do not. However 18% responded that they have a hybrid MetricsMonday_Account_managersaccount manager/project manager role while 9% have dedicated account managers and 8% have dedicated project managers.

Only 18% of creative teams have dedicated digital/ interactive project manager roles such as “Web Producer.”
