One challenge noted is the need to hire hybrid designers who can pivot from print to UX design.
Equally challenging can be working with your firm’s recruiters, who are often unfamiliar with creative roles. As one person responded, “they don’t know what to look for, so I often ask them to just send me all of the resumes to review.”
