According to a survey by our company, executives interviewed said their average lunch break is 35 minutes, seven minutes less than what they reported five years ago. Taking a mid-day break is important because it allows you to recharge and renew your creative juices. If possible, step away from your desk and take a walk around the office, or join your colleagues for lunch in a common area.
